Returns
Returns happen, either because you chose the wrong size, or because the item is not to your liking. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with our customer service (click on the round icon at the bottom right) and we will be happy to assist. Items have to be new with original tags without any signs of wear (no make-up marks, no perfume, etc.).
Please note that we do not offer refunds for custom-made items hence it is important for you to take the time to take accurate measurements when placing an order for a custom-made design. We provide detailed instructions on how to take your measurements after you have placed an order with us.
We offer two options for returns of our standard sized items:
Return for a refund: You have 7 days after receiving the item to return your purchase at your own cost, we will refund the item cost minus shipping & handling costs. Part of the shipping & handling costs are included in the item price and vary by country, please contact our customer service if you would like to know how much shipping & handling costs will be deducted in case of a refund.
Return for a different size of the same item: You have 7 days after receiving the item to return your purchase at your own cost, we will send you the same item in a different size by economy shipping.
Please note that either of the two options will be processed once we have received the original item back. Make sure to contact our customer service (click the round icon at the bottom right corner) to provide us with the return tracking number so we know to expect it.
