Shipping

We ship to most countries in the world and offer two different shipping options:

Economy: takes about 3 weeks to arrive after dispatch
DHL (express): takes about 1 week to arrive after dispatch

Each of these options comes with tracking, please make sure to provide us with a valid email address during checkout so we can update you as soon as tracking is available. Due to COVID, there may be delivery delays depending on the carrier chosen.

Please note that we start to work on your dress 6 hours after receiving your order. We keep that time frame in order to give you a buffer in case you would like to cancel or modify the order. After the six-hour window, we will have started working on your dress and the order can no longer be changed/ canceled, hope you understand.

Orders get dispatched a week after placing the order, in case that there are delays we will notify you in advance. We thrive to meet (and hopefully surpass) your expectations and all our items undergo a thorough inspection before being sent out to you.
