The answer is YES in 99% of cases. If you cannot select your country during the checkout process please contact our customer service (click the round icon at the bottom right corner) and we will be happy to assist.

Please make sure to check the size chart located at the top of the item description for every item individually. Depending on the design, you might wear one size for one dress, and a different size for another dress. Even if you are a repeat customer, please take the time to verify which size you should order to avoid unhappy surprises.

To take accurate measurements, please measure your actual bust (i.e. the largest circumference), your waist (i.e. the smallest circumference between your bust and your hips), and your hips (i.e. the fullest part of your hips including your butt).

Yes, we can. Be advised however that custom orders take significantly longer to design and cost more than selecting an item from our online collection in the sizes listed in the product description. In order to inquire about custom orders please contact our customer service (click the round icon at the bottom right corner).

We currently offer two options for most destinations, economy shipping and DHL (express) shipping. While shipping speed varies by country, economy shipping usually takes around 3 weeks to arrive, whereas DHL takes about 1 week to arrive. You can check the price for each shipping option after placing your items in your shopping cart.

Of course, both shipping options come with tracking. Please make sure to use a valid email address during checkout so that we can update you when tracking is available.

Items from our online collection are ready to be dispatched within one week of placing an order. We take quality control very seriously and thrive to provide you with designs that meet (and hopefully surpass) your expectations.

Since we ship worldwide and some countries charge customs duties whereas others do not, we do NOT include this cost in our listing price. Please check your country’s customs website to verify whether you will be charged customs duties. Similar to sending a parcel at the post office, these fees are not charged in advance and will have to be paid by the recipient (if applicable).

We start working on your dress after 6 hours of placing an order. Therefore, you can make changes to your order/ request a cancellation within this six-hour window. Since we will already have started working on your dress after that time period has passed, we cannot offer any modifications/ cancelations after that time period has passed, we hope you understand.

Of course, you have seven days after receiving the item to return your purchase. Items have to be new with original tags without any signs of wear (no make-up marks, no perfume, etc.).

We offer two options for returns:

Return for refund: You have 7 days after receiving the item to return your purchase at your own cost, we will refund the item cost minus shipping & handling costs. Part of the shipping & handling costs are included in the item price and vary by country, please contact our customer service if you would like to know how much shipping & handling costs will be deducted in case of a refund.

Return for a different size of the same item: You have 7 days after receiving the item to return your purchase at your own cost, we will send you the same item in a different size by economy shipping.

Please note that either of the two options will be processed once we have received the original item back. Make sure to contact our customer service (click the round icon at the bottom right corner) to provide us with the return tracking number so we know to expect it.
